Sale of Existing Shares Owned by the Greek State
- by holders of Euro denominated Hellenic Republic privatization certificates 3,047,440 ordinary registered shares-offer price €8.36
- by Public Offering 3,024,560 ordinary registered shares - offer price € 8.80
- by Private Placement 303,000 ordinary registered shares -offer price €7.04

The net proceed from the sale of the shares amounted to € 54,225,846.40, received by the Greek State.
The Selling Shareholder distributed to 14,281 retail (non institutional) investors that acquired shares through the public offering, 90,560 free shares( one free share of the Company for every ten shares retained for a period of six months)  up to  6/2/2004,  up to the maximum number of two hundred (200) free shares per investor.
