New Car Terminal

The construction of a new car terminal at the commercial port of Piraeus (Konia) has been completed, a project which was included in the Investment Program of PPA S.A. 2010-2014 and cost totally, 1 million Euros.
With the new terminal, inactive spaces were consolidated into an area of 145.000m², with a 1.167m long platform which can accommodate 4-5 transport ships and has a capacity of 7.000 car parking spaces.
The new terminal in Konia transforms to all the requirements for an international port for transit cargo vehicles. PPA S.A. along with the old car-terminal in Management C1 area (Drapetsona), now has a total capacity of 192.140m² and the ability of serving 10.000 cars.
