About financial assistance income loss, which was due to practical agreement between PPA SA and workers in 2009 in response to various comments made known the following :

  1. The Practical Agreement on the co-signature appeared in the press and posted on the Internet. Therefore, what is written about "secret agreements" or "supply under the table" is inaccurate, since in 2009 it was known to all.
  2. The estimated cost is neither «bonus» or boon. Income loss was calculated based on previous earnings (2007 and 2008) because of the damaging changes occurring in income from the withdrawal of PPA SA the big Pier II on the occasion of the granting of the Cosco (SEP SA) and the installation of the new Pier I.
  3. As stressed in the announcement yesterday, despite the different legal opinions, the PPA SA applies to all parts of the income policy 2010 (Law 3833/2010) with no exceptions.
