3,047,440 shares distributed to holders euroex-sharesand ex-shares at a price of 8.36 euros
303,000 shares were allocated to private placement at a price of 7.04 euros

3,024,560 shares available in cash at a price of 8.80 euros.

The net proceeds from the sale of existing shares amounted to 54,225,846.40 euro, which was received by the Greek State.

The Seller Shareholder (Greek Public) on 4/3/2004, under incentive holding distributed 90,560 free shares in 14,281 private investors who acquired shares in the public record and retain for a period of six (6) months (up to 6-2 -2004).
