Exploitation of land spaces

The company exploits a line from spaces and installations that she has under her jurisdiction.

More specifically, it grants, against return, the use of this spaces (outdoor and covered) in third for the operation of naval constructive factory units (in the Repairing Base Perama and in Kynosoyra), various industrial complexes, canteens, deposits and offices of agencies.

Moreover it grants, against return, the use of Exhibition Centre of surface 30.000 square meters on the coast Xaveriou for exhibitions.

The company allocates also and exploits underground parking in Karaiskaki Square.

EXHIBITION CENTER

The exhibition centre of Organism of Port Piraeus is one of the Known and more complete spaces of reports of country and in his installations has been realised up to today hundreds reports with absolute success.


The indoors spaces are suitable for exhibitions and the outdoors terrace, ground floor and part of the parking space offered to extend the range of reports and have static efficiency.

The height and the surface of rooms are:

Room of ground floor: height of 5,00 m. and surface 3.240 sq.m.

5-angle room: height of 4,50 m. until 5,00 metres and surface 3.070 sq.m.

Foyer: height 2,90 until 3,00 m. and surface 210 sq.m.

Room of first floor: height of 6,60 m. and 3,30 m. and surface 3.060 sq.m.

Room of events of second floor: height of 3,00 m. and surface 620 sq.m.

Cuisine restaurant: height of 3,00 m. and surface 340 sq.m.

The maximum load according to the study of the manufacturer of the building is 0.75 tonnes per square meter.


In front of the Exhibition Center was completed and operational by March 2005 basement parking capacity of 700 seats that was manufactured with private-financing and convention of concession on 30 years.

The economic development and upgrading of the area adjacent to the port is a constant pursuit of OLP SA and routed quickly towards the benefit of the local community and national economy.

In this context, the construction of a new super modern exhibition center in the region Palataki (70,000 square meters), will contribute decisively to the development of the City and will make the port of Piraeus as an international exhibitions and events center.
