ANNOUNCEMENT
Constitution of the Audit Committee into a Body and appointment of the Chairman of the Audit Committee of PPA S.A.
15 July 2025. PPA S.A. announces that: a) the Audit Committee constituted into a Body and b) the Chairman of the Audit Committee was appointed, as follows:
- Constitution of the PPA S.A. Audit Committee into a Body:
- ZHOU Zhonghui, Member of Audit Committee, Independent Non-Executive member of the Board.
- LIN Lan, Member of Audit Committee.
- POLITIS Dimitrios, Member of Audit Committee.
The term of office of the Audit Committee will be equal to the term of office of the newly
elected Board of Directors of the Company, whose term of office is two years.
2. The appointment of Mr. ZHOU Zhonghui as Chairman of the PPA S.A. Audit Committee.
