ANNOUNCEMENT
Constitution of the Nominations Committee into a Body and appointment of the Chairman of the Nominations Committee of PPA S.A.
15 July 2025. PPA S.A. announces that: a) the Nominations Committee constituted into a Body and b) the Chairman of the Nominations Committee was appointed, as follows:
- Constitution of the PPA S.A. Nominations Committee into a Body:
- LIN Lan, Member of Nominations Committee, Independent - Non-Executive BoD member.
- ZHU Changyu, Member of Nominations Committee, Non-Executive BoD member.
- ZARAKELI Andriana, Member of Nominations Committee, Independent Non-Executive BoD member.
The term of office of the Nominations Committee will be equal to the term of office of the newly elected Board of Directors of the Company, whose term of office is two years.
- Appointment of Mr. LIN Lan as Chairman of the PPA S.A. Nominations Committee.
