The implementation of new electronic services is a daily activity of PPA, which are carefully designed with a view to easier and faster end-user service of the port. Today the user can receive electronically the applications submitted through the e-Forms and make a series of advance payments.The electronic services designed by PPA are addressed to all citizens. Suggestions and comments will help us improve and extend them.

PPA S.A.: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders concludes - Approval of the highest in its history dividend distribution of 1.34 euros (gross) per share

04 July 2024. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders was successfully held today via teleconference, following the prescribed procedures and achieving a quorum of 81.28.%. During the meeting, shareholders were briefed on the Company's progress and current developments, questions were answered and positive comments were made for the Company’s excellent financial performance despite the difficult situations.

01 July 2024. Piraeus Port Authority S.A., adhering to systematic rules, standards and initiatives for environmental, social and corporate governance, which are embedded in its strategy for the development and ongoing modernization of the Port of Piraeus, has published its 2023 Sustainability Report.  

Extension regarding the 3rd repetitive tender for the repair of eight (8) RMG trolleys

Please be informed that further extension has been granted regarding the tender deadlines as follows:

- the NDA submission deadline is extended until 08.07.2024 

- the offers submission deadline is extended until 12.07.2024

The interested parties are kindly requested to refer to all additional information and clarifications published provided by PPA S.A, regarding the questions received so far in relation to the in subject tender.

17 June 2024. On May 29 and 30, 2024, PPA S.A. conducted an interactive workshop for the study and preparation of the Regulation for tugboats, following the issuance of the relevant presidential decree (P.D. 83/2022).
