Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that, according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 13 July 2022, the dividend for the financial year 2021 amounts to € 0.628 per share, which dividend is subject to withholding tax and therefore the net final amount payable will be € 0,5966 per share.

June 27, 2022. PPA S.A. and the Union of Supervisors & Foremen on Monday, June 20th, 2022 signed a new three year Collective Labor Agreement, following the necessary negotiation procedures. The above agreement was also signed by the President of the Greece Federation of Loaders and uploaders.

17 June 2022. PPA S.A., one of the most significant companies in the global maritime industry enjoyed a strong presence at the Global Shipping Exhibition Posidonia 2022, demonstrating the state of the art, holistic services provided at the Port of Piraeus. Throughout the exhibition PPA representatives and management held important meetings and engaged in key discussions and opinion exchange with numerous stakeholders of the port industry.
Piraeus Port Authority S.A. is interested in preparing a register of Suppliers for the provision of hardware, software and services to be used by PPA in accordance with the PPA S.A. Contracts and Subconcessions Regulations, which are currently in force. This list will be used during award procedures for the provision of hardware, software and services for the needs of IT & BPS Department in accordance with the PPA S.A. Contract Award Regulations.
