Location PPA's Headquarters (Akti Miaouli 10, Piraeus)
Working hours Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Job responsibilities Provision of expert advice and guidance in project planning, project execution, and/or project control
Project management focusing on planning, maintaining quality and meeting project cost schedule and budget
Collaboration with project engineers and other project professionals to provide work direction and guidance
Formulation and implementation of strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality
Evaluation of existing tools and methodologies in your area of expertise and recommendations on their implementation at PPA
Leading of internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management
Participation in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures on an as-required basis
Participation in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of contractors, suppliers, and project management related service providers
 Job Requirements
Preferred skills
Diploma of Polytechnic School in Civil Engineering
A higher degree would be considered an asset
Capability of evaluating and consulting on project problems where precedents are lacking or on problems where a specialized knowledge is required
Familiarity with planning and scheduling methods such as CPM, project management practices, project accountability budgeting and the expenditures and financials portions of the project
Α minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in engineering field with an emphasis on Project and construction management stages
Project Management Professional certification by AACE, PMI, or a professional engineering board would be considered an asset
