Corporate Governance Code

The Company, following the relevant approval of its Board of Directors and in accordance with article 17 of Law 4706/20, applies and adopts the Greek Code of Corporate Governance (EKED, June 2021) of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (E.S.E.D.).
