 Job responsibilities Overseeing concession contracts, including communication, correspondence, contract compliance, record-keeping and issue resolution.
Drafting and sending notifications of concession decisions and relevant contracts to concessionaires.
Providing support for property maintenance and facilities management activities.
Generating invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents, and liaising with the Financial Management Department for document processing and revenue collection.
Liaising with external stakeholders such as tenants, property agents, and contractors.

 Job Requirements

Preffered skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English language
Proficient user of MS Office tools and Outlook
Excellent reporting skills, both verbally and written, in Greek and English.
High level of organizational skills, multitasking and team work.
