Job responsibilities |
Receipt and delivery of vehicles/goods in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations scanning and cross checking them through the YMS (Yard Management System) |
| Selection and scanning of vehicles/goods | |
| Guiding the stevedores to the places where they have to park the received vehicles / goods and indicating the vehicles / goods they have to deliver | |
| Monitoring the delivery of vehicles/goods to the trucks and scanning them as well as any other cargo which is transferred via Ro - Ro Terminal | |
| Inspection of vehicles / goods upon receipt for any pre-existing damage | |
| Recording of damages of the received vehicles / goods per VIN through the YMS system | |
| Verification of the issued exit permits and invoices before the delivery of relevant goods to the recipients through the YMS | |
| Immediate reporting to the competent Ro - Ro Terminal Administrator / Supervisor for any incident takes place that will disrupt the smooth operation of the Terminal’s works or for any damage caused either by the PPA staff or by third parties both in the vehicles/goods and in PPA’s facilities | |
| Handling of the YMS and monitoring of Operational Sector’s processes through it | |
| Counting of vehicles/goods stored at Ro - Ro Terminal (physical inventory) | |
| Submission of proposals for the improvement of the Department’s procedures | |

Job Requirements |
Studies in B.A., Logistics or relevant. |
| Good knowledge of English language (lower level) | |
| Driving license of B' category | |
| Good computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) | |
| Teamwork spirit, polite and professional behavior | |
| Good physical condition. Be able to work in adverse weather conditions in outdoor areas. | |
| Responsibility and taking initiative | |
| Previous experience in a similar position is preferable |
