Constitution of the Audit Committee into a Body and appointment of the Chairman of the Audit Committee of PPA S.A.

 

PPA S.A. announces that: a) the Audit Committee constituted into a Body and b) the Chairman of the Audit Committee was appointed, as follows:

  1. Constitution of the PPA S.A. Audit Committee into a Body:
  2. KWONG Che Keung Gordon, Non-Executive BoD Member, Audit Committee Member.
  3. ARVANITIS Νikolaos, Independent Non-Executive BoD Member, Audit Committee Member.
  4. Ioannidou Lito, Non-Executive BoD Member, Audit Committee Member.

The term of office of the Audit Committee will be equal to the term of office of the newly elected Board of Directors of the Company, whose term of office is annual.

Β. The appointment of Mr. KWONG Che Keung Gordon as Chairman of the PPA S.A. Audit Committee.
