Nomination of new CFO and Deputy CEO
4 May 2026. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA S.A.), following the retirement of the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO, Ms. LI Jin, and after taking into account the educational background, professional experience and professional certifications of Mr. Li Zhenyu, following its Board of Directors Resolution No 24, announces the nomination of Mr. Li Zhenyu as Chief Financial Officer and PPA S.A. Deputy CEO.
