Announcement concerning the composition of the Board Of Directors
After the Adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PPA SA on 10/6/2016, the Board of Directors convened at the same date, and decided the appointment of its members as follows:
1. Kouvaris Ioannis, representative of shareholders, BoD President & CEO, executive member.
2. Liagkos Athanasios, representative of shareholders, BoD Vice President, executive member.
3. Hatzakos Stavros, representative of shareholders, executive member.
4. Arvanitis Nikolaos, representing the shareholders, independent non-executive member.
5. Drakontaidis Stavros, representative of shareholders, independent non-executive member.
6. Roidis Georgios, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
7. Korkidis Vasilios, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
8. Kiramargios Stavros, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
9. Tsalikidou Olimpia, representative of shareholders, non-executive member.
