Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the Deputy CEO of the Company, Mr. Li Jianchun sold on April 10, 2018 1,000 shares of the Company of a total value of € 16,020.00 and on April 11, 2018 3,958 shares of the Company of a total value of € 62,298.92.
