On 13 May 2026, PPA S.A. welcomed a delegation from Georgia to the Port of Piraeus, headed by Ms. Tamar Ioseliani, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, who visited PPA on behalf of the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Ms. Mariam Kvrivishvili.

14 May 2026. In the context of the international Mare MED III Athens Conference 2026, held in Athens from 11 to 13 May 2026 under the auspices of Enterprise Greece, a meeting was held at the headquarters of PPA S.A. between executives of Piraeus Port Authority, led by the Deputy CEO of PPA S.A., Mr. Angelos Karakostas, and a high-level delegation from Israel, with the aim of strengthening Greek-Israeli cooperation in the fields of ports, shipping and infrastructure.  

07 May 2026. PPA S.A. presented its financial results for fiscal year 2025 to the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association at Euronext Athens. The presentation was delivered by Company executives, led by Deputy CEO Mr. Angelos Karakostas, and was followed by a discussion with the participating institutional investors and analysts, during which questions were addressed regarding the performance of the port’s business activities.

4 May 2026. PPA SA, following the provisions of published fees and charges applied at ship generated liquid waste management services and more specifically in accordance with article 12, implements an adjustment by 13.71 %, with starting date on May 1, 2026.  

08 April 2026. On March 31st, an activation drill of the PPA Spillage Contingency Plan was conducted at the Cruise Terminal of PPA S.A., simulating a sea pollution incident.

06 April 2026. In the early morning hours of Saturday, 4 April, 155 electric buses manufactured by Yutong were successfully received and unloaded by Piraeus Port Authority staff at the Port's Car Terminal. Of these, 125 will be added to the fleet of OSY S.A. (Athens Urban Transport Organization), while the remaining 30 are destined for Serbia.
