12 September 2024. PPA has organized and implements a Ship generated waste management system within the regulatory frame providing services for the delivery and management of all categories of waste and a specific scheme of fees and charges is applied for covering the cost of such services.  

PPA S.A.: Announcement regarding the accident occurred at the Ro-Ro Terminal (G2)

22 August 2024. PPA S.A. informs that this morning, at 9:24 am, an accident occurred in the Ro-Ro area of the G2 Terminal. More specifically, the incident took place during the loading of a bulldozer bucket from the ground floor of the G2 terminal onto a Mafi, intended for transfer to a vessel.

Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders was successfully held today via teleconference, following the prescribed procedures and achieving a quorum of 81.28.%. During the meeting, shareholders were briefed on the Company's progress and current developments, questions were answered and positive comments were made for the Company’s excellent financial performance despite the difficult situations.

New Technologies and Soft Skills: Key Role for Shipping Decarbonization

23 May 2024. The promotion of a safety mentality regarding the decarbonization of shipping requires the cultivation and development of soft skills, as well as the continuous training and retraining of employees in new technologies, according to the conclusions of a workshop organized by the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA) in collaboration with Piraeus Port Authority (PPA), with great participation of employees and executives of the PPA and other Greek ports, as well as representatives of the wider maritime community.

18 April 2024. PPA S.A. was a proud exhibitor at the inaugural “Logistics & Transports Expo” held in Thessaloniki over the past few days. 16 April 2024. PPA S.A. presented the financial results for the fiscal year 2023 to the Union of Institutional Investors at the Athens Stock Exchange. The presentation was conducted by representatives of the company, led by the General Manager of Financial Management Department Mr. Jin Hui, and a discussion followed answering questions regarding the progress of the port's business activities.

PPA S.A.: Perama Ship Repair Zone Undergoes Upgrade with Acquisition of Additional State-of-the-Art Shipbuilding Cranes

09 April 2024. On Friday, April 5th, two cutting-edge double level luffing jib shipbuilding cranes arrived at the Port of Piraeus. They are soon to be unloaded and installed at positions 1 and 2 within the Perama Ship Repair Zone.  

PPA S.A.: Financial Results Announcement for Fiscal Year 2023 New highs in revenues and profits - Increase in dividend by 29%

29 March 2024. The Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2023. Total revenues reached €219.8 million, up by 12.9% or €25.2 million (€194.6 million in the 2022 fiscal year).
