25 November 2025. PPA S.A. actively participated in the anniversary event of the Hellenic-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Tourism & Shipping, marking 30 years since its establishment (1995–2025), titled “Bridging Cultures and Building Futures in the Sino-Hellenic Business Relations.”  

13 November 2025. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. participated once again with a strong presence at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE 2025), held in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November 2025, highlighting the strategic importance of the Port of Piraeus in Greece-China cooperation, as well as its role as an international hub for trade, tourism and development in the broader Mediterranean region.  

02 October 2025. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. was honored with three awards at the Compliance Awards 2025, during a ceremony held, as part of the event organized by Boussias Events and the Hellenic Association of Compliance Professionals.

17 July 2025. PPA S.A. has received a significant distinction for its valuable contribution to the development of the Greek economy, during the awards ceremony of the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy,” organized by Direction Business Network, under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Development.  

08 July 2025. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PPA S.A. was successfully held today, in full compliance with all applicable procedures and with a quorum of 83.56%. During the Annual General Meeting, shareholders were thoroughly informed on all agenda items and on the tangible results stemming from the implementation of PPA S.A.’s strategy.
