Κριτήριο κατακύρωσης θα είναι η χαμηλότερη τιμή επί του συνόλου των προσφερόμενων ειδών, εφόσον πληρούνται όλες οι απαιτούμενες τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και οι όροι του διαγωνισμού, όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφονται στα συνημμένα παραρτήματα.
H υποβολή των προσφορών θα πρέπει να είναι αποκλειστικά ηλεκτρονική, μέσω e-mail, όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφεται στα συνημμένα παραρτήματα.
