PPA S.A: Announcement for the ex-dividend date

Piraeus, 02/08/2023  Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that, according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 02 August 2023, the dividend for the financial year 2022 amounts to € 1.04 per share, which dividend is subject to withholding tax and therefore the net final amount payable will be € 0.988 per share.  

PPA S.A.: Held Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Approval of a dividend distribution of 1.04 euros per share, increased by 66%.

2 August 2023. PPA S.A. is pleased to announce the successful completion of today’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, conducted through a teleconference, in accordance with the prescribed procedure and with a quorum of 79.99%.

26 July 2023. PPA S.A., a long-standing supporter of Greek athletics, has taken another significant step by supporting the Greek delegation in the Summer World University Games, which will take place from July 27th to August 8th, 2023 in the city of Chengdu, China.

PPA expresses the Company's deepest sorrow for the tragic accident that happened on May 29th, 2023 during works at the Perama Ship Repair Zone that led to one death and the injury of two more persons working for Ship Repair companies in Perama providing vessel repair services.

PARTICIPATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF PPA S.A. IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PCCI

The Chairman of PPA S.A., Mr. Yu Zenggang, accompanied by the new representative of the port of Piraeus in Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Mrs. Gikaki Despoina, participated on Monday, April 3, in the Board of Directors of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, showing with his presence that further strengthen of the relations between Greece and China - port and Chamber can be achieved and an open, friendly dialogue of cooperation with the representatives of groups of maritime communities participating in the Board of PCCI can be held.

PPA S.A.: Announcement of Financial Results for fiscal year 2022 to the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association

31 March 2023. The company announced full year results for fiscal year 2022 to the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association, which was held at the Athens Stock Exchange, by representatives of the Company's Management headed by CFO Ms. Li Jin.

PPA S.A.: Financial results for the Full Year 2022 - A new historic record high in revenue and profitability - At €1.04 the proposed dividend per share

17 March 2023. PPA S.A. announces the Full Year 2022 financial results, marking a consecutive year of growth with a turnover of €194.6 million compared to €154.2 million in 2021, indicating an increase of €40.4 million or 26.2%. Profits before taxes amounted to €74.7 million compared to €49.2 million in the fiscal year 2021, showing an increase of 51.7%

PPA. S.A.: Grant of property and infrastructure to the Greek Ministry of Shipping and Insular Policy to temporarily cover the housing needs of the Underwater Operations Unit 

22 February 2023. PPA’s decision for the grant of space and equipment to cover the housing needs of the Underwater Operations Unit of the Greek Ministry of Shipping and Insular Policy is fully aligned with the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy. More specifically, the grant involves the "pentagonal hall", part of the former "Pagoda" exhibition center, comprising an area of 2,800 sq.m., where fifteen prefabricated isobox houses of 25 sq.m. each were placed, alongside an outdoor area of 530 sq.m. and three containers to be used as storage spaces.

PPA S.A.: Piraeus Port honored for significant contribution to Greek tourism due to high cruise performance

13 February 2023. Piraeus Port Authority was recognized with an award, conferred during a special Greece: 365 - Day Destination-themed event held by the Ministry of Tourism, in recognition of the Piraeus Port’s major contribution to the country’s tourism through its high performance in the cruise industry.

23 January 2023. The Management of PPA S.A. is pleased to announce the signing of the renewed collective labor agreement with a duration of three years following the the fruitful dialogue in a good climate with the Workers' Union.

PPA. S.A.: First cruise ship of the year, Viking Sky arrives at the Port of Piraeus.

January 9th, 2023. The management team of PPA S.A. welcomes Viking Sky, the first cruise ship to arrive at the port of Piraeus in the new year through a special ceremony for the exchange of plaques and Christmas treats for all passengers during their arrival at the Cruise terminal.
