PPA S.A. participates this year again in the China International Import Expo (CIIE), which takes place in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November 2019, in which more than 3,000 companies from 150 countries take part.
PPA S.A. announces that the "PIRAEUS I" floating dock has been delivered for use and is operating again after scheduled maintenance works. "PIRAEUS I" is 202 m. long, with inner width 31 meters, has lifting capacity of 15,000 tons and can serve ships with capacity of 40,000 tons.
PPA S.A.announces that the scheduled maintenance works at the floating dock PIRAEUS I have been completed and the dock is available for ship repair works.
One more newly built cruise ship "SKY PRINCESS" called at the port of Piraeus and welcomed by representatives of the PPA Management, who handed to the Cpt. Heikki Laakkonen an honorary plaque and books for the ship's library.

PPA S.A. announces that the earthquake of 19 July 2019 has not affected the provision of port services which continue uninterruptedly.
Piraeus port was awarded as the best cruise port in the Eastern Mediterranean by MedCruise at an event hosted in Genoa. The award was received by the PPA Manager of Strategic Planning & Marketing Dept. Ms. Theodora Riga. It is the first edition of Mare Nostrum Awards this year and cruise companies and international press representatives voted for this category. In the jury participated also cruise industry experts and Cruise Line executives.
The Annual General Assembly of the PPA S.A. shareholders took place today Friday 28th June 2019 with a quorum of 86,48 % and approved among other items the Annual Financial Statements and the Dividend Distribution for the financial year 2018, which, as the Board of Directors proposed, amounts to € 0,424 per share, compared to € 0, 1712 of the previous year (an increase of 148%).
The European Safe Cargo Working Promotion Committee (SCWPC) of the Japanese company NYK awarded PPA's Car Terminal, certifying that it achieved zero damages in the year 2018.
